📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to staff and patients
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and software
  • Monitor and report on IT system performance and issues
  • Assist in the procurement and management of IT assets

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with dental clinic software and systems
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
