📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Prepare and present food and beverages to guests during events.,Ensure that all banquet areas are clean, organized, and ready for events.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and event details.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a food service or banquet staff role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques is a plus.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (13.6 kg) as needed.
