📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and execute pastry and bakery dishes with precision and creativity.
- Work closely with the head chef and other culinary staff to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.

- Experiment with new techniques and ingredients to innovate and improve existing dishes.
- Assist in the training and development of junior culinary staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in pastry, bakery, chocolate, or caramel.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, including chocolate tempering and caramel making.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, such as mixers, ovens, and pastry bags.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Creative and innovative approach to pastry and baking.
