CV Jaya Ekspresi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team in Palopo. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and assisting in the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Ensure stock levels are adequate by monitoring inventory usage and ordering new stock when necessary.,Assist in the smooth operation of the inventory management system.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management procedures and systems.,Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock movement and storage.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and receipts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, particularly spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
