In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable financial skills and contribute to our organization's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all cash transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain and update cash books and financial records.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Verify and reconcile bank statements and cash receipts.,Handle petty cash and ensure proper authorization for expenditures.,Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods.,Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts for customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Basic knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
