📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory control and stock management,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
