Lead and manage the data analysis team, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and objectives.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business decisions.,Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data used in analysis.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.,Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.,Mentor and coach team members to enhance their data analysis skills and knowledge.,Report to management on the progress of data analysis projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in leading data analysis teams.,Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.,Experience with data warehousing and big data technologies is a plus.
