📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with business goals.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and establish new business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
