As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our clinic. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the available positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback and recommendations during the interview process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system to keep records of all candidates and their application status.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
