📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Maintaining and updating inventory records in the company's inventory management system.,Collaborating with procurement and production teams to manage inventory levels and reorder points.,Implementing inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Training and mentoring junior inventory staff as needed.,Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory movement and storage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
