The role is based in Bali, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and equipment.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our company.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products and services.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the right stock levels to meet production demands.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights into our procurement processes.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that purchasing decisions align with business goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that our procurement processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, with a strong focus on cost-effective procurement strategies.,Proven track record of negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using purchasing and inventory management software.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to the cooling towers industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
