📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage store budgets and expenses, and work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and personal growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong understanding of customer service and sales principles.
