🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in strategic HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural and international environment.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
