📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.,Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in the department.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
