📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses and identify key requirements for open positions.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
