📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and inspections.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and optimizing routes.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
