PT Digital Nusantara is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Kupang. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Support the HR team in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
