📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Provide excellent support to employees regarding HR matters,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
