📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash drawer balances and report any discrepancies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
