IRIS Dinamis is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing customer support and information.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to support sales efforts.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
