Point Byte Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and well-maintained dining area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.,Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant restaurant management tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
