📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads to close deals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
