In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support the strategic goals of the organization.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and individual income taxes.,Coordinate with auditors and other external parties as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with medical industry accounting practices is a plus.
