📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Oracle Financialis and Microsoft Excel.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and report on cash flow, budget variances, and other key financial metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using Oracle Financialis and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
