📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize fleet schedules and routes using SAP and other logistics software.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using real-time data from our warehouse management system.
• Process and verify all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and report generation.
• Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition, and that all drivers are compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other logistics software.
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
