As an OTA Sales Specialist, you'll daily engage with OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia, as well as independent travel agents. Your mission is to maximize bookings, negotiate favorable rates, and maintain high occupancy rates for our exclusive villas. With a strong background in sales and a passion for the travel industry, you'll thrive in a role that offers both challenge and reward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain relationships with key OTAs and travel agents.
• Negotiate and secure favorable rates and commissions for our villas.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date listing information on OTA platforms.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to OTA partners and travel agents.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for OTA sales.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of success in OTA sales or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
