Abhidi Solution (Thai) Co., Ltd. is seeking a strategic leader to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and driving technological excellence in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic regions. As the IT Operations Manager, you will lead high-performance IT teams across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your mission is to ensure our IT systems are robust, secure, and aligned with our business goals, supporting our growth and innovation.

In this role, you will manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. You will implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring high availability and reliability. Daily, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure smooth IT operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of IT operations professionals, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Implement and enforce best practices for IT operations, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance IT efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations management, with a proven track record in leading high-performance IT teams.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Nagios.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
