KOL Specialist - Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaboration

As a KOL Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to drive our influencer marketing and brand collaboration strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with our brand objectives. Additionally, you will monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content briefs and guidelines for influencers.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.
• Build and maintain a database of potential influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and content creators.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for future strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand collaboration.
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as AspireIQ, Upfluence, or Grin.
• Certification in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
