📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, including PCR, gel electrophoresis, and other molecular biology techniques.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data using bioinformatics tools and software.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Prepare and document laboratory reports and results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a biotechnology laboratory, preferably in molecular biology techniques.
• Certification in molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and DNA sequencing.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including PCR machines, gel electrophoresis systems, and bioinformatics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
