You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering principles to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement industrial engineering solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct process analysis and optimization using tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events and 5S audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the footwear manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering principles.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
