📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized food service area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including proper food handling and storage.
• Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
